Please use the following menus as a guide. We are locavors who love to celebrate Michigan's bounty and the menus reflect that philosophy. Everything on our menus are not only housemade but also sourced as near to the estate whenever possible. We can customize all menus to please your palate and dietary restrictions.

Tempura fried shrimp skewer with thai chili sauce & sesame seeds
Balsamic marinated hanger steak with caramelized onions, sriracha cream cheese on baguette
Marinated Lamb pops with rosemary balsamic glaze
Cherry tomato, fresh mozzarella and basil brochettes
Smoked whitefish pate on crostinis with lemon & garlic
Black Olive Tapenade & Asparagus and goat cheese crostinis
House made asiago crackers, Leelanau fromage blanc, roasted garlic, prosciutto & arugula

Crispy chicken with Thai chili sauce
Mushroom duxelle crostini
Cheese Croquettes
Polenta bites with fresh mozzarella, tomato concasse, thyme and asiago
Smoked tomato gazpacho with lime crema & cilantro
Asparagus Pesto on Crostinis
Vegetable frittata with scallion cream cheese
Fingerling potato skins with white cheddar, apllewood bacon, crème fraiche & pickled onions
