The grounds, garden, and stone patio of the Peninsula Room provide the perfect setting for any event – from cocktail parties to large weddings.  The following are included in the Peninsula room facilities fee:

·      Chiavari seating for up to 150 guests  

·      Indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit that includes the private use of a large lawn with perennial gardens and stone patio with a pergola

·      All set up and post-event work 

·      Attentive, courteous service

·      China, glassware, silver, tables and chairs, linens (white tablecloths and napkins)

In-season: Memorial Day - October
Saturdays $4,000*
Fridays $3,000*
Sundays $2,500* 

Off-season: November – mid-May
Saturdays $2,000*
Sunday–Friday $1,500*
