HOST AN EVENT

The grounds, gardens, and stone patio of the Peninsula Room provide the perfect setting for any event– from corporate meetings and events to fundraisers and cocktail parties, our Peninsula Room offers a flexible event space that is not only functional but also provides an atmosphere that inspires collaboration and creativity.

As one of our clients best described our space in their welcoming speech:

MID-WEEK FACILITY FEES

DAY: $500
EVENING: $1,000

The following is included in the Peninsula Room Facilities Fee:

  • Indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit that includes the private use of a large lawn with perennial gardens and stone patio with a pergola

  • 2, 55” Bluetooth screens, sound systems, and microphone

  • All set up and post-event work along with a dedicated staff

  • Tables: 15 - 72” round tables, 6 - 8’ tables, 6 - 3’x5’ tables, 5 cocktail height tables, Chiavari chairs

  • China, glassware, silverware, linens (white tablecloths and napkins)

MISSION TABLE

In addition to the Peninsula Room, we are home to Mission Table which is the original house of the Stickney estate (aka Bower’s Habor Inn), built in 1880 and has incredible views of West Grand Traverse Bay. It has several spaces that provide a meeting or event experience that’s truly unique— from our Harbor room (capacity of 60) to our Bay room or Library (capacity of 30) - all have breathtaking views of West Grand Traverse Bay.
